Terms of service

These terms apply to everything you buy from Iyloo, trading as RollHone. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation email. We may decline an order (and will refund you in full) if the item is unavailable, the price was listed in error, or we cannot ship to your address.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any import duties your country may charge. Compare-at prices shown with a strikethrough refer to the typical retail price of comparable products, not to a price this store previously charged for a sustained period.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card statement will show IYLOO. If you do not recognise a charge, contact us before disputing it. We can almost always resolve it faster than your bank can.

Shipping and returns

See our shipping policy and returns policy. Both form part of these terms.

Product use

This product sharpens knives, and freshly sharpened blades are dangerous. Keep the sharpener and newly sharpened knives away from children, roll away from your body, and keep fingers clear of the edge at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Iyloo is established, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your own country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
