Privacy policy
This policy explains what Iyloo(“we”) collects when you visit or order from this store, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Order information: your name, email address, phone number and shipping address. You give this to us at checkout and we need it to deliver your order.
- Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded and the last four digits.
- Usage data: pages viewed and actions taken on this site, collected through advertising pixels described below.
Who we share it with
- Stripe:payment processing. See Stripe's own privacy policy for how they handle card data.
- CJdropshipping: our fulfillment supplier. They receive your name, address and phone number in order to ship your parcel, and nothing else.
- Resend: sends your order confirmation and shipping emails. They receive your email address.
- Cloudflare: hosts this site and its database.
- Meta and TikTok: if you arrived from one of their ads, we report that a purchase happened so the ad platform can measure it. Identifying details such as your email are irreversibly hashed before they are sent.
We do not sell your personal information.
Advertising pixels
We use the Meta Pixel and the TikTok Pixel, plus their server-side equivalents, to measure which ads lead to sales. You can limit this through your browser's cookie settings, an ad blocker, or the privacy controls inside your Facebook, Instagram or TikTok account.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years, because tax rules require it. Everything else is kept only as long as it is useful.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in the EU, UK, or a US state with a privacy law such as California, these rights are legally enforceable and we honour them regardless. Email support@iyloo.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not charge you or treat you differently for asking.
Children
This store is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
